Photos have the power to relive moments, tell stories, and heal. They help you grieve losing a loved one, giving you a place for your love to go when you don’t know where else to put it. It helps you remember the old you that grew and changed over time, the good or hard times that mold you, and the beautiful moments that cannot be recreated. They tell stories that can be cherished and passed down through generations you won’t even meet.
As you can see, photos aren’t just about a Christmas card, a Save the Date, or getting killer portraits on a wedding day. And when it comes to a wedding day, they are about so much more than just you. They are about your loved ones and their stories, how they weave together with yours and how much they love you.
These moments are meant to live on paper you can touch, kiss, tuck away in your wallet, and hang on your walls. I don’t want you to walk away from your time with me thinking “We got some great-looking photos of us.” My goal is for you to leave thinking “Wow, she truly captured US.”

Sessions can take place anywhere from immediately following a proposal to just a few days before the wedding. I will help you plan this to make sure the session is a reflection of you as well as a way to connect with your partner. You'll also get used to the camera, which is helpful for the wedding day!

I check in about two months before the wedding to finalize timeline specifics, details, family formal shot lists, special traditions and anything else we should know about your big day. These details are crucial to know beforehand for the most organic and enjoyable photo experience. I’m happy to meet with you and answer any questions you have.

Time for me to get to work and for you to enjoy and soak in the moments. While I want to be your trusted buddy, I want the day to unfold naturally. I may ask you to get ready close to a window for great lighting, but will not interrupt special moments with loved ones or turn your day into a photoshoot outside of portraits.

Within 30 days, your photos will be delivered! View them through an online gallery where you may download the high resolution files an order high quality prints. I hope you two will snuggle up on the couch and soak in the moments while you go through them together.

What you'll get from me as a photographer.

Couples typically get around 75-100 images per hour, and of course, I aim to provide you with as many great images as possible. I will always be looking for moments and details to shoot, but things like first looks, multiple ceremony features, an epic party, etc, will give you more moments and more photos.
How many photos do we get?

I sure do! Because they are professionals too, I have different ones based on location and availability. Be sure to check if they are included in your package. If they are not included but you want a second, let me know and we can add one.
Do you have a second photographer?

I keep it minimal. I’m a firm believer in allowing you to look like your true self, not a plastic, commercialized model. I will happily remove any big pimples or blemishes on your face since they are not a permanent part of you.
Do you retouch photos?

Dude, same. This is not a problem at all. While I take mostly candids, I give some direction during portraits. This direction is loose and focused on you two interacting, not paying attention to me. Having an engagement session before the wedding also helps us get comfortable with each other and you can be a pro by the big day!
I am like, hella awkward in front of a camera. Is that bad?
